Marine Compliance Management

A clear route
to conformity.

Understand the applicable requirements, resolve gaps and organise the evidence needed for your vessel or project’s compliance route.

The client need

When compliance becomes the critical path.

A new build, vessel import or major modification can bring unfamiliar requirements, incomplete documentation and several assessment stakeholders. Arventis helps you establish a practical route and bring the technical evidence together.

Where we can help

  • New-build CE / RCD II compliance management
  • Post-Construction Assessment (PCA) support
  • Market-entry and registration support
  • Class and flag requirements management
  • Technical file preparation and readiness review
  • Liaison with Notified Bodies and relevant authorities
What the engagement provides

Useful outputs. Clear boundaries.

Requirements & gap assessment

A clear view of the applicable requirements, available evidence and work needed.

Organised technical documentation

A structured technical file and supporting records, appropriate to the engagement.

Assessment coordination

A managed interface with the assessment body and follow-up on agreed findings.

Arventis manages and evidences conformity. Formal certification and statutory decisions remain with the relevant Notified Body, class society, flag administration or authority.
Common questions

Before we start.

Where do we start?

Normally with an assessment of the vessel and available documentation. This defines the route and allows the next phase to be scoped and quoted.

Can you help with an imported vessel?

Yes. We can review its circumstances, identify the applicable conformity route and support documentation and assessment coordination. The requirements depend on the vessel and its history.

Does Arventis issue the conformity certificate?

Arventis provides compliance management and coordination. Where a Notified Body or other authority is required, that body carries out its formal assessment and certification role.

How is the work priced?

An initial assessment is scoped first. Resolution and documentation work is then quoted against the identified gaps. Authority or specialist fees and Arventis coordination fees are shown separately.
